By using this Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of this Site

You may browse and use this Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or disruptive.

This includes not attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its hosting, its forms or any connected systems, and not copying or reusing content from the Site except where these Terms allow it.

We may update, suspend or withdraw the Site, or any part of it, at any time and without notice.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this Site – including text, graphics, branding, layouts, design, photographs and other material – is owned by IABTP or used with permission and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

You may view the Site and save or print extracts for your own personal, non-commercial reference only. You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, adapt, modify, upload, post or commercially exploit any part of the Site – including any images, graphics, layouts or page designs – without our prior written permission.

We actively welcome visitors sharing our content on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes, and where we have supplied specific assets for press, reviewers, bloggers or campaign use, those assets may be shared with clear credit to IABTP, without alteration and without incorporation into other designs or publications. In all other cases, our images and designs may not be copied, adapted or shared without our prior written permission.

All visual concepts, layouts and design treatments shown on the Site remain our intellectual property and may not be imitated or used to create competing designs, publications or campaigns.

Any third-party names, trademarks or intellectual property referred to on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Third‑party intellectual property and unofficial status

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Guernsey, Channel Islands. Guernsey operates as a self-governing Crown Dependency with its own legal system, distinct from the law of England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guernsey, except where applicable mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

For visitors and customers based in the United Kingdom, your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer legislation are not affected by these Terms. For visitors and customers based in the European Union, your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection law, including but not limited to the Consumer Rights Directive, are similarly preserved.

For visitors and customers based in the United States, these Terms do not limit any rights you may have under applicable federal or state consumer protection law.

We make no representation that the Site or its content is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. If you access the Site from outside Guernsey, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws to the extent they apply.

If you have any questions about these terms or how your information is handled, please feel free to get in touch. We believe good publishing should be thoughtful in every detail – including how we look after the people who visit our site.
